Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Financial Business Analyst working within the finance team function, you’ll be transforming data into decisions. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, build powerful models, and deliver insights that shape the future of our business. 

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: 

  • Analyse financial performance and deliver clear, actionable reports to leadership. 
  • Create dynamic dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to support real-time decision-making. 
  • Support strategic investments with robust financial models that reflect our full suite of solutions. 
  • Conduct variance analysis and uncover trends that drive profitability and growth. 
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Ops, and Marketing to provide insights that matter. 
  • Support budgeting and forecasting alongside the Group F&A Manager and CFO. 
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for smarter, faster analysis. 

Desired Skills and Experience

What You Bring 

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (bonus points for CFA, CPA, or a Master’s). 
  • Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment—ideally in SaaS or tech hardware. 
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. 
  • A sharp analytical mind and a love for solving complex problems. 
  • Excellent communication skills—you make the complex feel simple. 
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to everything you do.
